    Today we’re giving that body some well-deserved rest and recovery. Meet me on your mat for 15 minutes of stretching. Try to focus on connecting your breath to each movement — this is going to feel good!

  • 8min Super Stretch

    We’re switching to recovery mode with this 8 minute stretch and ab workout. Perfect for when your body needs to stretch and recover.

  • 15min Exhale and Stretch

    Give your body some well-deserved love with this 15 minute cool down. You’ll slow down and stretch your entire body — perfect post-workout. We suggest a soft surface.

  • 5min Breather and Cool Down

    Take 5 minutes for yourself and stretch out your whole body. You’ll focus on your breathing while holding simple stretches.

  • 5min The Upper Body Cool Down

    You did it! We’ll meet you on your mat as we take a deep breath, exhale, and streeetch. Your arms will thank you.

    The perfect way to cool down after you’ve crushed a lower body workout. Breathe into each movement and stretch.
