You’ll move through two circuits, repeating the first twice before finishing with a no-repeat second circuit where you will give it your all. Expect 45 seconds of work followed by 15 seconds of rest throughout, with moves like narrow squats, tricep extensions, side planks, shoulder presses, and more. Add ankle weights for the final circuit to turn up the intensity and leave feeling strong and sweaty.
