This 30-minute full-body workout uses a resistance band to turn up the heat from head to toe. You’ll start standing with a warm-up before moving to the mat and using your resistance band to fire up your arms. Add the band to donkey kicks, butterfly glute bridges, and other lower-body moves to activate the glutes, then finish strong with a core series designed to light up your abs.
No resistance band? No worries, you can opt for bodyweight only and still feel the burn.
