  • 15min Full Body HIIIT

    Put your entire body to work with this 15 minute full body HIIT workout. Give it your absolute all as you move through dumbbell rows, jump squats, sit ups, and more, for 40 seconds on, 20 seconds of rest. Don't worry, we’ll keep it spicy with no exercise repeats.

    Equipment: 5-10 lb dumbbells

  • 10min Full Body HIIIT Sculpt

    Brace yourself for a full body HIIT sculpt. 10 exercises, 45 seconds on, no exercise repeats. Up for a spicy challenge? Do this workout twice through for a 20 minute sweat sesh. You should be glowing by the end of this!

    This high intensity workout will target your entire body, with an emphasis on your core. With a 45:15 time ratio, focus on moving the entire 45 seconds to get your heart rate up.

    Let's get that heart rate up with this cardio burner that requires zero equipment! Expect jack squats, burpees, and plank jacks. Be sure to modify where you need.

    You’ll feel this one tomorrow. Get ready for a sweaty full body sculpt, complete with burpees, pushups, and a 5 minute ab burner.

  • Day 9- 30min Arms n' Abs

    It’s Day 9 of the Challenge and we’re taking you through a 30 minute upper body sweat sesh. Push ups, bicep curls, and bird dogs with minimal rest will get your heart rate racing! Plus a 5 minute core burner to end.

  • Friday- 30min Sweat HIIIT

    Prepare for a high intensity workout with a full body focus. You’ll work through a range of punches, weighted jacks, and of course, an ab finisher.

    We’re taking you through a 30 min upper body sweat sesh. Tricep swings, rows, and weighted russian twists with minimal rest will get your heart rate pumping!

    Get ready to break a sweat with this lower body workout. We’ll focus on your glutes so grab a heavy pair of weights — your glutes can be hard to build!

  • Tuesday- 30min Sweaty Full Body

    There is nothing better than a full body burn! 6 exercises, 3 rounds, and a 5 minute core burner to finish.

    You’ll sweat it out in this lower body workout, complete with goblet squats, sumo jumps, and lateral lunges. All you need is a set of dumbbells. Let’s get it!

  • 10min Cardio Blast

    This is a spicy, full body cardio workout that is guaranteed to get your heart rate up. We hope you like shoulder taps and squats — this is killer! Option to take this twice through to get an extra sweat in.

  • 30min Full Body Sweat Sesh

    Get ready for a sweaty full body workout! Starting with squats, you’ll work your way into tricep dips followed by a full 5 minute of abs.

    We designed this workout for when you’re on the go and looking to get some quick movements in! We’ll focus on toning those arms and abs. Didn’t bring your weights? No sweat, use ankle weights around the wrist or simply grab any items you have around the house.

  • Day 12- 30min Cardio Crusher

    We had to save a spicy workout for last! In today’s workout we’ll get our heart rate up with a mix of cardio exercises (we hope you like burpees!) and weighted movements, before ending with a 5 minute core burner. You’ll crush this!
