In Sami's live community workout, you'll start with a grounding meditation to connect with your breath and set your intention before moving into a full-body strength workout. You'll move through two circuits, working for 45 seconds with 15 seconds of rest, and repeat each circuit twice. Finish with a spicy ab burner on the mat to fire up your core.
