After a warm-up with calf and hamstring stretches, you'll alternate between rounds of jumping and core work, moving from straight jumps into Pilates-inspired floor moves like lat pullover crunches, V-leg reaches, Russian twists, plank rope drags, and a Pilates roll-up. Pick your own pace—pick it up for more cardio or slow it down—and use your core to control every rep.
