Moving slowly and breathing through each spot, you'll roll out your glutes, hamstrings, calves, quads, and IT bands, then work into your back and chest with a spine roll, elevated child's pose, and chest openers. Take your time, resist the urge to rush, and let each muscle relax. It's the perfect complement to your strength and Pilates days, and one you can come back to anytime.
