Grab your heavier weights as we tackle three circuits: the first repeats three times to master moves like front raises and tricep extensions, the second circuit you'll see twice, and we’ll finish strong with a core-burning finale. Each exercise is 45 seconds of work followed by 15 seconds of rest—let’s get stronger together!
