You'll do cardio on your own then meet me for the Finisher Circuit at the end!
This day is dedicated to CARDIO! Find any type of cardio that feels good for you & take it on for 60 minutes! Below is the format I follow for this, but there are so many other options: indoor/outdoor, on your own / some type of cardio-based workout class, all in one/split in 2 different times, etc.
My run/walk format:
Build a playlist & run/jog for 2 songs, then walk for 1 song. Continue that pattern for 60 minutes. You can modify by changing the amount (example: run for 1 song, walk for 2 or 3, etc.)
