    Finisher circuit: 1 rounds
    (50 sec. work / 25 sec. rest)

    -Right Front to Back Lunges
    -Left Front to Back Lunges
    -Twisting Situps
    -Squat Steps
    -Single Leg In-Out Crunches
    -Right Fire Hydrant to Back Kick
    -Left Fire Hydrant to Back Kick
    -Leg Lifts
    -Plank
