Get ready to burn out your upper body, with a spicy challenge halfway through! We’ll dive into two circuits designed to challenge and sculpt your arms, shoulders, and back. In the first circuit, push yourself through 45 seconds of work and 15 seconds of rest. In the second circuit, we’re stepping up the challenge by grabbing a heavier pair of weights, so brace yourself for the burn. Each movement will only be 30 seconds long with 10 seconds of rest, so stay in there - you’ve got this! From bicep curls to hammer curls and tricep back extensions, we're leaving no upper body muscle untouched.
