Day 5 of the Mind Body Energy Program is all about releasing fear and anxiety while strengthening your body! We’ll start by targeting the glutes with a series of glute bridges, then move to forearm exercises like fire hydrants and leg lifts to continue that booty burn. To finish, we’ll shift focus to upper body movements that strengthen your back. Let’s power through and release any fear and tension!
