We’re kicking off Day 1 of our Mind Body Energy Program with this 35-minute upper body workout. We'll start seated with some breath work to connect with our bodies before standing up to burn out those arms. As you move through each exercise, focus on releasing any stored tension in your upper body. With 45 seconds on and 15 seconds of rest, and the 5th exercise in each circuit being a burner, you’ll power through squats, bicep curls, overhead tricep extensions, and more. Best part? No repeats!
