If you’re short on time and want to target your lower body, try this 10-minute Pilates workout. Using a chair as a prop, you’ll activate your glutes with leg lifts, donkey kicks, elevated toe taps, and plenty of pulses. You’ll repeat each exercise twice for an even burn on each side. Want to make it extra spicy? Add a resistance band for more resistance.
