Starting with pre-clearance videos designed for gentle movement and recovery, this program meets you exactly where you are postpartum. Once you receive medical clearance, you'll transition into the full gym program — circuit based workouts using dumbbells, benches, and bands to help you rebuild strength safely and confidently. The perfect place to start your postpartum fitness journey.
Brynley encourages you to utilize the power of walking alongside of these workouts! Always listen to your body & go at your own pace but here is a general recommendation:
Weeks 1-2: 5-10 minute light walks 2-3 times per day
Weeks 3-4: 10-20 minute light walks 2-3 times per day
Weeks 5-6: 30-40 minute walks 1-2 times per day
Weeks 7-8: 40-60 minute walk 1x per day
After you’re cleared: daily walks paired with the circuits ranging from 30-60 minutes! (Baby wearing + inclined walking encouraged if you feel up for it too!)
