  • FINISHER CIRCUIT

    Finisher Circuit: 45 seconds of work / 15 second rest (2 rounds)

    -Lunge twists
    -In-out Crunches
    -Glute Bridge Pulses
    -Inchworm to Mountian Climbers
    -Jack Knives
