This focused core session uses a Pilates ring the entire class to fire up your low belly and deep core. After a warm-up with cat cow and 360 breathwork, you'll work through a tabletop crunch series with the ring behind your head, extensions and bicycle crunches, an inner thigh ring squeeze, and weighted crunches with a Pilates 100s hold. You'll finish with reverse crunches, scissor kicks, and high plank ring presses. Keep your low belly pressed into the mat, use your core to lift you rather than the ring, and connect to your breath throughout.
