Strengthen and tone your muscles in just 30 minutes. For this upper-body strength class, you’ll work 45 seconds of each exercise and a 15-second recovery after, with no exercise repeats. We’ll start with a warm-up before diving into your circuits. Expect to see bicep curls, bird dogs, rows, and standing core exercises throughout.
