Welcome to your final postnatal session! I hope you're feeling great and more connected to your core. Remember, you can always revisit previous sessions and go at your own pace. We'll kick things off with breathwork on our backs, then ease into movements that include some balance work to wrap up this journey.
Equipment: Yoga Block, Mini Resistance Band, Chair/Bench
