Day 11 of the Mind Body Energy Program brings a 30-minute full-body Pilates flow! Most of the workout is floor-based, so grab a soft surface to get comfortable. We’ll start with a full-body scan to relax every muscle and get in tune with your body before diving into the flow. Expect exercises like bird dogs, donkey kicks, push-ups, sit-ups, and more. Let’s get ready to flow and strengthen!
