Challenge yourself in this lower body strength class with Brynley, built to fire up your glutes and legs with heavier weights. After a mobility warm-up to get the blood flowing and wake up those glutes, you'll move through rep-based trisets—three exercises back to back, three rounds each. Expect RDLs into reverse lunges, sumo squats with a pulse, lateral lunges, good mornings, and a glute bridge burnout to finish. Pick weights that push you a little past your comfort zone, stay intentional with your form, and let your breath carry you through every rep.
