After a full-body warm-up, you'll move through athletic cardio with mountain climbers, jacks, and plank drops to build heat, then pick up light weights for a cardio-and-arms series. From there you'll fire up your legs, drop to the mat for a weighted glute bridge sequence, and finish with targeted core work. Grab light weights for the main work and an optional heavier pair for your bridge.
