Grace's lower body cardio sculpt is a 21-minute burner that needs no equipment—just you and a wall or chair for the barre section. You'll warm up the legs, flow through a plank and oblique series, then raise your heart rate with jacks, jump rope, and dance cardio. From there, you'll head to the barre for calf raises and pressing leg work to build that signature shake, then drop to the mat for a booty burnout with circles and fire hydrants. Add ankle weights for the final mat work to level it up.
