Grace's triple threat is here to work your arms, abs, and booty in just 20 minutes, all from the mat—no standing the entire class. After a flowing warm-up through cat cow and down dog, you'll move into a plank and oblique series, fire up your arms with bow-and-arrow and triceps work, then hit a long single-leg booty sequence. You'll finish with a deep core series of dead bugs and crisscross crunches. Grab light or heavier weights and add ankle weights to level it up.
