Grace's cardio sculpt is a 31-minute full-body class with an extra emphasis on the arms. You'll warm up and flow through push-ups and triceps before raising your heart rate with jogs, jacks, and a light-weight arm cardio series. From there, grab your heavier weights for a biceps and squat sequence, then take it to the mat for a side-lying booty series and a weighted glute bridge to finish. Grab light and heavier weights, and add ankle weights to level up the lower body.
