You’ll start with 360 breathwork to wake up your core before diving into circuits of 45 seconds on, 15 seconds off. Using a mix of ankle weights, light dumbbells, and a Pilates ball, this class is designed to challenge and tone your entire body while keeping things low-impact and supportive.
