In the second circuit, we’re stepping up the challenge by grabbing a heavier pair of weights, so brace yourself for the burn. Each movement will only be 30 seconds long with 10 seconds of rest, so stay in there - you’ve got this! From bicep curls to hammer curls and tricep back extensions, we're leaving no upper body muscle untouched.
