Welcome to Day 1 of the January Jumpstart Program—let’s kick things off strong! This 35-minute class combines Brynley’s strength circuit and Sami’s signature Pilates flow for the ultimate full-body workout. Brynley takes the lead to start, powering through curtsy lunges, deadlifts, hammer curls, glute bridges, and more (50 seconds on, 20 seconds off, repeated twice). Then hit the mat with Sami for a Pilates series that’ll leave you feeling lengthened and strong—light weights optional, but always encouraged for that extra spice. Let’s do this!
