Fire up your body and build deep core with this full body Pilates flow. You’ll start slow, focusing on stretches and foundational movements, then build the intensity with faster and higher reps. We suggest a soft surface for this workout as you'll be on the mat for the majority of this flow. For an added challenge, simply add ankle weights or light dumbbells.
Equipment: No equipment. Add ankle weights of light dumbbells for an optional challenge!
