Expect a mix of athletic-style training, strength circuits, and HIIT finishers that will push your limits and keep you feeling strong, energized, and motivated every step of the way.

    Finisher Circuit : 1 round
    (50sec. work / 20sec. rest )

    -Plank Lunge Twist
    -Overhead Situps
    -Goblet sumo squat w/ pulse
    -Plank Knee Drives
    -Right Fire Hydrant kicks
    -Left Fire Hydrant kicks
    -Crab toe touches
    -Glute Bridge 3x pulses
    -Plank
