Today's session focuses on upper body strength with a mix of bodyweight and weighted movements. You'll complete one circuit three times, giving you the chance to get comfortable with each move and perfect your form. In this 25-minute workout, expect exercises like chest flys, bicep curls, kneeling push-ups, and more to help ease you back into your strength routine.
