Ingredients:
2 cans tuna, drained
1 packet microwave jasmine rice (2 servings)
2 mini cucumbers, chopped
⅔ cup edamame
2 large carrots, peeled or chopped
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp honey
Optional: sesame seeds
Directions:
1.Cook the rice according to package
directions.
2.In a bowl, mix together the carrots, rice
vinegar, soy sauce and honey.
3.Evenly distrubute the tuna, rice, cucucmber,
edamame, and carrot salad into mason jars
or containers. Optional: top with sesame
seeds.
4.Store in the fridge for an easy grab-n-go meal!
