At 21 weeks pregnant, Calyn leads you through a full-body strength class designed to safely challenge and strengthen your entire body. You’ll work through one circuit three times, spending 45 seconds on and 15 seconds off each move, with a 30-second break between rounds. Using a range of dumbbells, expect rows, chest flys, glute bridges, RDLs, and more to build strength, stability, and confidence as you move through your pregnancy.
