After all the hard work in this program, this full-body stretch session is here to help you slow down, breathe, and lengthen it all out. Starting with 360 breathwork to relax the body, you'll flow through neck and shoulder stretches, wrist and chest openers, and cat cows, then use a yoga block to deepen hamstring, hip, and adductor stretches. You'll finish with calf and quad stretches at a wall and a restorative spine series on your back, ending in happy baby. Take your time, breathe into each stretch, and come back to it anytime your body needs a little restore.
